FAQ:

Are there any other events during the season? Yes! Every Sunday we will go to a different bar that sponsors us for a Sunday Funday! Most teams in the league join us and it's always a great way to relax after the games! 

We also put on a charity drag show every kickball season to raise money for an LGBTQ+ charity where players from the league (who typically haven't done drag) get dragged up and perform! If you're interested, email alexander@hotmesssports.com.

How do subs work? Every player must register to play in a HotMess Sports league. If your team needs a sub or two for a week, they can sign up for $10 (+taxes) and join for 1-week at this link!

You can sign up as a free agent!  What’s that?  A free agent is typically a person who does not have a team to play with.  This allows you to register and then we will roster you to an already-created team.  Many times, we have enough free agents to make a whole team, which allows everyone to meet new people!

What if I have a couple friends, but not enough to make a full team? No problem! There are two options for this: 1. if you have someone who wants to captain, have them create a team and the rest join that team (then we'll add free agents to fill out the roster!), or 2. All of you register as free agents and put each other's names in the comments section, and we will make sure you are rostered to the same team!

Is there an end-of-season tournament? Yes! The last week of play will be an end-of-season tournament. The winning team will be crowned the league champion!

What does the end-of-season party include? The end-of-season party will be at a bar and will include food for players from the season, presentation and recognition of the season's individual and team superlative award winners, and presentation of the championship trophy.
